Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 25 September 2026

Welcome to Norvixaas.

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Norvixaas website, registration system, account dashboard and related services.

By registering for an account or using Norvixaas, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the platform.

1. About Norvixaas

Norvixaas provides an online account-management platform through which approved users may access account information and supported banking-related features.

Depending on account status and availability, the platform may provide access to:

  • Account balances
  • Account transaction history
  • Funding requests
  • Transfer or withdrawal requests
  • Internal digital asset balances
  • Internal conversion tools
  • Account notifications
  • Identity verification
  • Customer support

Certain services may require administrator review or approval.

2. Account Registration

To use restricted Norvixaas services, you must create an account.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration.

You may not:

  • Register using false information
  • Impersonate another person
  • Create an account for fraudulent purposes
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorised persons
  • Attempt to bypass account security

Norvixaas may suspend or restrict accounts where inaccurate, fraudulent or suspicious information is identified.

3. Email Verification

New accounts may be required to verify their email address using a one-time verification code.

Verification codes are time-limited and should not be shared with anyone.

Norvixaas representatives should never require you to disclose an active verification code by email, telephone or messaging service.

4. Identity Verification

Account activation may require identity verification.

You may be required to provide:

  • Legal name
  • Date of birth
  • Contact information
  • Residential address
  • Government-issued identification
  • Proof of address
  • Identity photograph

Norvixaas may approve, reject or request updated documentation before activating an account.

Submission of documents does not guarantee account approval.

5. Account Approval

After identity information has been submitted, your account may remain under review.

Certain dashboard functions may remain unavailable until an administrator approves your application.

Norvixaas may request additional information where necessary to complete an account review.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your:

  • Password
  • Verification codes
  • Login information
  • Account access credentials

You must notify Norvixaas promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Norvixaas may temporarily restrict an account where suspicious activity is identified.

7. Account Balances

Your dashboard may display balances associated with your Norvixaas account.

Certain balances displayed within the system are internal platform records used for account administration.

Users should rely on the status and information displayed in their account dashboard and any confirmed account communications.

8. Funding Requests

Norvixaas may allow users to submit account funding requests.

A submitted funding request does not necessarily mean funds have been credited.

Funding requests may remain pending until reviewed and approved by an administrator.

Your account balance will only reflect an approved credit after the platform records the transaction.

9. Transfers and Withdrawals

Users may be able to submit transfer or withdrawal requests through the Norvixaas dashboard.

Requests may be subject to:

  • Account verification
  • Administrator review
  • Available account balance
  • Account status
  • Additional verification
  • Applicable service conditions

Submitting a transfer or withdrawal request does not guarantee immediate completion.

The status shown in your account should be used to determine whether a request is pending, processing, completed or rejected.

10. Digital Assets

Norvixaas may provide support for internal Bitcoin, USDT or other digital asset balances.

Digital asset features may include internal conversions between supported balances.

Any market prices displayed on the platform are reference prices and may be provided by external market data providers.

Prices may change at any time.

Norvixaas does not guarantee any particular market price, investment return or future asset value.

11. No Investment Advice

Information available through Norvixaas is provided for account-management and informational purposes.

Nothing on the website should be considered:

  • Investment advice
  • Trading advice
  • Tax advice
  • Legal advice
  • A guarantee of profit

Users are responsible for making their own financial decisions.

12. Account Restrictions

Norvixaas may restrict, freeze or suspend certain account functions where reasonably necessary for:

  • Security review
  • Suspected unauthorised access
  • Fraud prevention
  • Identity verification
  • Account disputes
  • Compliance review
  • Technical investigation

Where appropriate, users may be asked to contact support to resolve an account restriction.

13. Release or Review of Funds

Certain account balances or transactions may require administrator review before further action can be taken.

Where a review is required, the dashboard may instruct the user to contact Norvixaas Support.

A review request does not itself transfer, deduct or release funds.

14. Prohibited Use

You may not use Norvixaas to:

  • Commit fraud
  • Launder unlawful funds
  • Misrepresent your identity
  • Access another user’s account
  • Circumvent platform security

  • Upload malicious software
  • Conduct unlawful transactions
  • Use the platform in violation of applicable law

Norvixaas may restrict access where prohibited activity is suspected.

15. Website Availability

  • Technical problems

16. Third-Party Services

Norvixaas may use third-party services for hosting, email delivery, market data or other technical functions.

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by independent third-party providers beyond our reasonable control.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Norvixaas will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from:

  • Internet or device failures

  • Account security is compromised
  • Required verification is not completed
  • Continued account access would create security or legal risk

19. Privacy

By creating an account, you acknowledge that identity and account information may be processed for account administration and security purposes.

20. Changes to These Terms

Norvixaas may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Changes will become effective when the updated Terms are published on the website.

Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
